This is for (modern) fictional characters. That said, people inthread will generally point out anything that's too egregious, so you shouldn't worry yourself that much. While people such as Saitama, Demonbane and other horribly overpowered characters should rightly have rather powerful stats, there's a difference between giving characters their due and slapping A++ Ranks on everything.
Thanks in part to my critiquing habits, the tone on balance has shifted somewhat since the previous Summon-A-Servant threads.
